I built Moonbug, a tranquil nature-tracking platform and mobile app that replaces traditional 24-hour scheduling with Lunar Cycles. It features an integrated 'My Moon' profile (calculating birth moon phases), a 'Snaps' social gallery for nature photography, and an AI-driven environment dashboard. The project bridges the gap between digital productivity and celestial awareness by organizing events into 'Moons' rather than standard calendar months.

🛠 2. How it Works (Technical Stack)

Frontend: React-based web app with a responsive mobile-first UI.

Backend: Firebase for Authentication, Firestore (NoSQL) for event data, and Cloud Functions for "Cosmic Computations" like lunar phase calculations.

AI Engine: Gemini API used for the "Summary Engine" to curate environmental news, job opportunities in the "Green Economy," and summarizing astronomical events from NASA/JPL.

Productivity: Integrated "Solar Alarms" and a nature-synced scheduler that aligns "Deep Work" blocks with your circadian peaks.
