There is this saying I heard that the compass was invented first before the clock. I have not confirmed if that is correct but for a fact I know that makes sense.
I heard an interest to learn programming a while back, to be precise that was around 2023. First I learned to write HTML Markup, some CSS, then JavaScript. This is the web developer journey.
I have come across many good tutorials but I have not been able to finish them. I reach somewhere in the middle and dive to do something esle.
Over a span of years I hopped from programming languages and to date I can write simple programs in a couple of languages. That's not the whole point. The catch is I have no solid project or solution I have solved that I can showcase.
Writing this article I have fully committed to learn Rust, I know this is the sign or the language I'll will be comfortable writing programs in compared to other tools that I've come across with.
I signed up on dev some time back but never did anything here. I'll be sharing my journey as time goes by and the milestones I finish.
I thought programming was heard, no just learn how to return values from a function and call it a day. If you do learn more than two concepts at a go it becomes hard. Again that applies to me writing is a way of talking to myself.
